Some kids played house—I watched real ones get bought and sold.
Real estate is in my DNA. I was raised by a mother who has been a successful broker and short-term rental property manager for more than 23 years, and a father who is both a Realtor and contractor. From a young age, I had a front-row seat to the many sides of real estate—from buying and selling to building, renovating, and managing properties. I’m incredibly proud to continue the legacy that shaped my childhood and inspired my career.
Born and raised in the North Georgia Mountains, I know this area not just as a market, but as home. My experience as a property manager at Cuddle Up Cabin Rentals has given me an inside look at what makes a successful vacation rental—from choosing the right property and understanding its potential to preparing, maintaining, and managing it for guests. I’ve also gained hands-on experience behind the scenes of new construction and building homes, giving me a valuable understanding of the process, even though I am not a licensed general contractor.
That combination of local knowledge, real-world property management experience, and firsthand exposure to construction and new builds allows me to bring a well-rounded perspective to my clients. And because I’ve spent years working alongside contractors, tradespeople, vendors, inspectors, cleaners, and other local professionals, I’ve built a network of trusted contacts I can connect my clients with when they need help beyond the transaction.
